They were kind and very good at what they do and made my daughter feel at ease to take the test .

MARTIN WAS TOTALLY BRILLIANT, PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND ALL ROUND A SUPER STAR, GREAT WITH CHILDREN AND REALLY TOOK TIME TO SPEAK TO ME AS THE ADULT OVER THE FINDINGS AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING, HIGHLY 100% RECOMMEND!!!!!

We highly recommend this centre if you are seeking a thorough assessment for Dyslexia and Dyscalculia, especially in young children.

Indigo Dyslexia center is an exceelent service. We took my daughter for a dyslexia screening and were greeted by Lauren. She made our daughter relaxed and comfortable enough to take the test 1 on 1 with her which is no easy task as she has anxiety. She was friendly bubbly and very well versed in what is required to complete her job. In a comfortable setting the staff are welcoming and excellent at completing the required services with the customers wants and needs a top priority. Lauren was very thorough with her screening of my daughter and very clear with myself and my wife for what the results showed and what we require to help her through with her suspected dyslexia thank you so much

I took a 15 year old to see Lauren for dyslexia screening. Indigo, Lauren & another worker there were all very welcoming. The screening process was not threatening at all, Lauren was very supportive, it went well. The report was explained to us & (& later emailed) & I was given helpful information. A very positive experience, thank you!

We went to Indigo for an advanced screening for our son, and we couldn't fault them. Booking the appointment was so easy and when I called to ask some questions they were very helpful. The team were very friendly upon arrival, and Ian was brilliant. He explained everything thoroughly, both before and after the screening and was understanding of our son's AuDHD and how he might be during the screening. We got the results right away and they were emailed to us within 10 mins of leaving. Excellent service, thank you!

My child was assessed by Lauren and I can't rate her highly enough. They said it was so fun that they wanted to be assessed everyday! It was a really relaxed setting and my child at no point felt that it was a 'test'. Thank you Lauren
